Question: Are some Nabi's being overhauled? I have seen some with ads removed. Scratch 7103 - it's not rehabbed yet. Add 7177 - saw it yesterday and this AM on 48. Strangely enough, even though it's been through rehab, the sign wasn't working. Yesterday it was completely blank (only knew that it was a 48 from the block). Today it was stuck halfway between 'Front-Market' and '29th St-Allegheny Ave', resulting in a display of (no route number) 9th St Fron eny Ave I thought I had reported 7130 as being rehabbed previously, but I won't swear to it.
