Chuck Information I received from a very reliable source within bus operations told me that during Arrott Terminal construction all the routes that service that location may be re-routed to serve Frankford Transportation Center keeping the connection with the EL. Apparently wire work along Frankford Ave needs to be done first as well as finding berths for the 89, J, and K.
