I think the reason MTA changed from Mass Transit Administration to Maryland Transit Administration is so people can stop calling them the Ass Transit Administration over their unreliability. I know a meteorologist in Baltimore whos name is Marty Bass and many call him Marty Ass or Farty Ass because he commonly gets the weather wrong. |
