 59-2002 has and I assume 75-2002 will have 805 today.
We just heard the Subway-Surface tunnel is not operating. It may be a power problem.All passengers must transfer to/from the EL at 40th St., the usual thing.

7137 was on 65 blk 5211 today...no New Flyer. The operator was different then the past 2 days so most likely he was not trained on the NFs yet. 7137 has awful acceleration. The guy almost literally had to push the pedal through the floor just to get the bus to move. We stalled making the turn off of Victory Ave into the 69th St. shop area.
Rider65, you rode on 7154 recently? That bus is a speed demon!!!

Well as a 65 rider my self in the mornings, having a stalled out artic is a pretty occasional occurrence. Usually they stalled out for a second coming off of Lansdowne Ave onto Victory avenue (NB).

Yes I have been on 7154 and it is a demon. This morning I had 7186 on block 5205 and it was a dog. Took a while to get up the hill from 68th to 66th Streets.

Dave has 4581 on his 110 run tonight. Rode it on his 2:45 trip.

 Today I saw trackless trolleys on the 75, saw one go by running on Diesel power (was out of service).

Got to go inside Berridge shops and Midvale yard!! It's for my project I am doing for 12th grade, getting a head start. Saw every type of Berridge shops (Nabi, Neoplan an460, New Flyer, Champion Defender and Eldorados). Saw where buses get painted, saw engines and transmissions. Even got to go under a Neoplan an460!

At Midvale, there are still Neoplan An440's in the bus bays :( RIP

5616 is the last 01-03 bus that is getting overhauled, its in Berridge right now! In January is when the rest of 5700's start getting overhauled.

Took around 100 photo's (got permission!!), will post some in a special folder in the photo gallery by tomorrow.

NO NEOPLAN AN440 WILL BE SAVED FROM HISTORIC FLEET :o

 Rode 805 , 3 trips on the 75, today . SEPTA should really move the wires over by the Julius Silvert Company , 2nd & Wyoming. His tractor trailers get in the way. My operator had to walk his rope over the cam on the door locking rod, the door was open. It was ready to snag. I used to design semi-trailers, so I know about those parts.

Saw 810, 814 & 824 on the 75, also.

Rode 5144 on the 104 to West Chester.

 saw 2 midvale sharks today...that caught my eye..very clean on the outside, like they had fresh new paint jobs

5644 on the 2 and another 56xx on the 23

i never seen a midvale shark or brick that clean in recent memory

Training Allegheney operators on New Flyers. In September, about 30 artics are going to Comly for the 14/20 routes and some Flyers will come to Allegheney for the 27/54/65 routes.
