I guess we need to make a ton of changes to the current assignments page in the near future.

I've seen 5547 on the 31 several weeks ago!!

I guess the 5903-5909 batch as well as several 5800-5806 batch at Frankford may end up in Allegheny's hands.

Don't forget 5799, which has been running on the 27 for the past two days now.

After Tuesday, it seems like artics on the 27 is just about a memory. In my peak travels in the afternoon, the only artic I see is a deadheading 88 Holy Redeemer Express going down Ridge Pike from the direction of Plymouth Meeting/Barren Hill. I used to have a regular artic run as recently as Monday which changed into a New Flyer trip.

Not really much in overcrowding, but i really hope the 27 doesn't go the way of the 9, which has NO artics whatsoever anymore...despite crowded buses.

I've seen that 88 Express deadhead a number of times. He puts up block 777 as well.

There are still a handful of artics on 27 but I don't know if there's any rhyme or reason to assignments. I hope there is. With the new schedules and the advertised 5-minute AM headways (and we'll see how well that works - there was bunching of buses with the current headways on several blocks), maybe the use of 40' buses will work. Last weekend I noticed a number of artics still getting out - the loads are not that heavy on the weekends, so one has to wonder what the blocker was thinking.

I think 9 tends to work better with 40' buses when they are on schedule. The PM is particularly troublesome in this regard.

I saw 5799 on an inbound last evening and it had the 'crunched' sign message biased to the driver's side of the front sign (27 15-Spruce) for some reason.

So its apparent Comly has received 10 more artics then expected. Did Allegheny receive more artics from Midvale? I've seen posts which cited that #7220 was operating on their routes.

7215, 7218, and 7220-7223 were apparently reassigned to Allegheny.

One thing that makes me really mad is that Allegheny is using there New Flyers on the school charters. For instance riding a New Flyer. Who the hell is putting a New Flyer on the 2:41 charter from dobbins high school. Students get mad about this everyday including me. 33 barely gets New Flyers.

Well, can't the passengers (or customers of SEPTA) put in a complaint and request larger equipment to handle some of these routes? Because I relly think SEPTA could use about 50 to 75 more artics in the fleet.

The 7101 bus with orange signs is now on the 14, which means it's unlikely we will ever see it again on the 33, 48, 27, 54, 60, etc anymore
