I have a question. Didn't the seating arrangements from the BenFrankline buses differ from the rest of transit neos?

I have a question. Didn't the seating arrangements from the BenFrankline buses differ from the rest of transit neos?
For a while the double on the curbside in front of the back doors was a info/visitor info rack with brochures for various places; mind you this was somewhere around 93-95. After a few years, the rack was taken out and the seat put back in. Otherwise it was a standard Wheelchair Transit interior.
