5601 has a flip dot because the old one burned out and the only thing from the neos u will still see is the rear plates i learn from the blocker that the neos are still on file and septa reuse the plates so if u see a new hybrid with a banged up plate its from a old neo or nabi and also 8042 is gone from fire but the plate is still listed on file thats why the bus number show up in the bus manifest and with all the buses being swithed around most a -cards dont have certain routes programed like some of are nabis at southern still dont have columbus common programed so we just keep lank hospital up or brook sta oh and some flyers we got still call the 64 out at federal and at ellsworth
is that legal?
dude, you just did it like a month ago!

Shouldn't be illegal to do, the buses have to undergo inspection in order to get tags though. Don't get that confused with a car serial number!!
