After Suffolk Transit already has a small number of its hybrid bus in its fleet, it has gone back to Damiler and orders for Clean Diesel bus as Orion VII NG. It looks like diesel buses are much suitable to operate on Suffolk's short to medium distance route. I'm guessing its following TriMet's way after ordering a small number of hybrids before going back to order clean diesel instead. This is seen in Damiler Bus North America's website in its press release. |
