If it was a suicide, the lady picked the worst time to do it for commuters, which kinda lowers the sympathy level. Market Street, which is usually overcrowded, ended up being a mess. My 33 bus turned into an El Shuttle to Spring Garden Station right at 15th Street. Comly sent down 7106, and you could see other depots such as Frankford running the "Emergency Services" shuttle as well. If she fell in, then oh my goodness!
