Today I made several attempts to get in contact with an MTA representative to file a complaint on a driver for an incident that resulted in another passenger getting injured. Apparently the Light Rail operator hit the emergency brake prior to arriving at Cultural Center station. One passenger who was standing fell on the floor as the result. Then a minute later someone noticed her head was bleeding. I made several attempts to call the MTA and customer service was not open and you cant even leave voice mail messages with complaints. So I got stuck emailing this complaint to the MTA. And hopefully the operator will be questioned about it first thing Monday morning. |
