I rode on 5147 yesterday on the 14.. What caught my attention was the sign above the driver that stated there was an E-Z Pass transponder on the roof of the bus.. Is it possible this bus once belonged to the Frontier Division? I'm guessing they're taking some hybrids away from Comly.. :(

5147 is an ex-Frontier unit; they've been there for a couple weeks now (at least since the start of the school year).

My guess is that the Frontier NABIs were moved to Comly to "mile them up" as is the case with some of the ex-Midvale and Callowhill NABIs at Southern. They are certainly doing that, at least on weekends, as the hyrbids aren't even used on weekends.

They're not moving the Comly hyrbids to Frontier (they recently recieved a bunch of Lawnmowers from Red Arrow).

Yeah Comly got a lot of hand-me-downs from Frontier. In fact I think all (or nearly all) of the 51xxs from 'tier are now at Comly. I myself saw and photographed 5137, 5140 (one of my favorite NABI photos) 5141, 5151, etc on Comly routes.
Since this move, I noticed the brick-to-artic proportions on the 14 are almost 50/50 during peak periods

5153 is still at Frontier...and looks deplorable. The 14 still runs a good amount of New Flyers as well, I guess during the weekday middays into peak periods, when the artics really roll out.
