What should happen is SEPTA get some Artic-trackless for the 66 , and send the spare coaches down to Southern.

But we know what will not happen.......

I rode Artic-trackless in San Francisco this summer, pretty wild. They were on the 49-Van Ness line.
Chuck that is a possibility, but who will know if Septa would go after Artic-Trackless because that will interesting to see. Also All (I think) you need to cover the 29 & 79 (If Trackless was Restored) is about 5-8 ETBs on the 29 & 79. So I think all Frankford would need to send to Southern is about 20 ETBs if Septa went after Articulated-Trackless Trolleys.

You say 20 for Southern, look how close that number is to 23, the add-on order that was canceled?

Update: No Trackless Trolley Work has been done since the start of this topic, I will keep this topic updated on a weekly basis. It still is unclear for why Southern is receiving trackless trolley work
