80 5600s total I'll break it down: 5600-5625 (09) ISM/Voith 5626-5679 (09) ISL/Voith 5501-5590 (06) ISM/Voith Dont ask why they switched the engine types in the 5600s lol we all here in Pittsburgh are still trying to figure this out but you can definantly hear the diffrence between an early 5600 (which I dont have videos of yet) and a later 5600 (5656). |

Wasn't the ISM recently discontinued? I don't know when the 5600s were delivered, but the fact that the ISM is no longer offered could've been a reason. |

Since the windows were locked unfortunetely I wonder why the driver didnt have the HVAC on. If you feel you have to you can always push the roof hatch cover up for circulation. Ive seen that with SEPTA many times and there are times the hatch lid gets damaged when having to be opened when the AC craps out in the summer time. Since SEPTAs windows do not open at all. Or if its necessary you can always pull the red handle on the side of the window. |
