SEPTAs 03 New Flyers originally had Detroit Diesel Series 50. I dont know what year the ISL was retrofitted onto the 03 Flyers.
They were overhauled starting I think roughly the mid/end of 2007 to about 2008ish.
You are correct. Its summer 2007 to summer 2008

About those retrofitted Cummins ISL on 2003 and 2004 New Flyer D40LF, every time at the beginning of that second when the engine gives power to the bus, the bus's exhaust seems to vibrate a little only that second as the engine begins accelerating. On the 2005 New Flyers, they don't have it. That's the difference I noticed between those group of buses.
