Yesterday, if anyone saw a 403 bus in Philadelphia, that was actually a 403 run to Turnersville! Someone was assigned to make that run for demonstration purposes

Don't feel bad. One night I was trying to figure out how to make my pics better, reformatted my card, and lost the only decent picture I had of a SEPTA Ford Cutaway...

Now, I don't follow the reasoning behind this phantom 403. "Demonstration Purposes"? They already knew that all of these people took the 403 from Philly before they cut it back, lol.

I'm doubting that this run is on the schedule?

"Demonstration purposes?" Does that possibly mean that NJT is re-thinking their position on cutting the 403 back to Camden instead of sending it over the bridge into Center City?

I'd much rather see the short-turn 400 runs that terminate at Camden County College cut back. There's way too much bunching on that line to the point where seeing two 400's back to back is not that unusual during the week, and even on Saturdays.

They probably wanted to see if cutting the 403 back to camden was such a good idea, no one knows why that run was assigned, not even the operator, they were just told that it was for demonstration purposes
