TODAY I DROVE TO DARBY LOOP SPOTTED RT113,114,115 BEING BLOCKED BY CITY UNION MEMBERS....THE DARBY POLICE WERE ON SEEN NO AREST WERE MADE.....THE 12:40P 114 DID NOT LEAVE UNTIL 1:25P...THE 113 & 115 WERE FORCED TO GO BACK TO VICTORY.....THIS WAS THE LAST 114 TO LEAVE DARBY LOOP FOR THE DAY?????????
